The G-Life Golf Club app is a member platform for bookings, member updates, profile features, notifications, and club activity.

For help with the app, contact support by email:
Please include:
- your full name
- the email address used for your app account
- the device you are using, such as iPhone, iPad, or Android
- a short description of the issue
- screenshots if they help explain the problem
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Common Issues
1. I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the email address connected to your member account. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and include the email address you are trying to use.
2. I forgot my password
Use the password reset flow in the app. If you do not receive a reset email, check your junk or spam folder first, then contact support.
3. Push notifications are not working
Check that notifications are enabled for The G-Life Golf Club app in your device settings. If notifications are enabled but still not arriving, contact support with your device model and app account email.
4. Camera or photo access is not working
The app needs permission to use your camera or photo library for image features. You can update these permissions in your device settings.
5. Booking or member information looks wrong
Contact support with the affected booking, date, or member detail so we can investigate.
6. App Review Demo Account
For Apple App Review or Google Play review, use the demo account details provided in the store review notes. Public self-signup may not be available because the app is designed for club members.
